‘Seva Ratna’ Sastri ARUNACHALA
Chief Mentor and Author of Gurukulam


Seva Ratna Sastri Arunachala  is running a gurukula conducting Yoga, Value Education, Karma Yoga and Bhagava Gita Classes. He has conducted over 1200 public discourses and lectures on various topics covering spirituality to sports.  He has trained over 18,000 people in a span of 6 years.
 
He is a Textile Graduate from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. He has worked in Textile manufacturing units  and  was associated in the Texitle trade. He has traveled widely.
 
Spiritual enlightenment at Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s Ashram, West Bengal has made him a social reformer.  He learnt Karma Yoga, Bakthi Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga  
 
He has good knowledge on Economics, Human Resource Development, Sociology ,  Political Sciences,  M.I., Law.

“ Power Yoga” provides a continuous flow of postures, creating a stimulating workout.  Power Yoga is going thru a Sequence of postures, where each move flows into the next, without relaxation  in -between. They are much more than the basic yoga postures  involving  'dynamic' postures and 'dynamic' movements with a well patterned step by step approach and systematic exit.

1.    This course will contain Power Surya Namaskar (24 steps) , Asanas (60 -80 postures), Pranayama, Sadhana, Relaxation Techniques, Stretching and Grace Meditation.

2.  
Series of Yoga postures will cover managing the following stress:
       
               Climatic stress
                       physical stress
                       mental and emotional stress
                       job stress...  


Power Yoga gives the  the ability to handle stress, adequate physical and mental strenght and  necessary understanding to  life... .....


It is advised to enrol for a minimum  of 3 month period  for wonderful results and experience complete overhaul of  the System.   The 3 month period has the following sequence and modules:
loosening, relaxing, stretching, twisting, stabilisation, flexing, strengthening,  toning, stamina building.....warming up,  cooling down,  winding down....


 
The course is suitable for anyone above the age of 5 upto  60 years.
